"When a man's stomach is full
it makes no difference whether he is rich or poor."
Euripides (BC 480 - 406 Greek Tragic Poet)
This
is
a
dish
my
sister-in-law
served
up
during
a
BBQ
several
summers
ago,
and
the
minute
I
tasted
it
I
knew
I
had
to
have
the
recipe.
It
is
NOT
your
usual
pork
and
beans
and
is
perfect
for
any
BBQ
or
cookout.
This
is
a
hearty
baked
bean

can
be

ahead
of

the

Tips
Some
GREAT
options
to
think
about….spice
it
up…add
a
little
Tabasco,
Chopped
pickled
Jalapeño
Peppers,
Poblano’s
etc.....not
too much, remember, you can always add more....but you can't take it away.
