Mexican Spice Mix



Thanks again to Matt Martinez.....You were a genius. This is a very versatile spice mix which can be used on all types of beef , chicken, pork….even vegetable.

Use it on any cut of beef, pork or chicken  while the meat is cooking. Imparts a very authentic south-of-the-border flavor.


What You’ll Need

  3 Tbs + 2 tsp  -  Ground Cumin 

  3 Tbs  - Granulated Garlic

  2 Tbs  -  Salt (preferably Kosher salt)

  1 Tbs  -  Coarsely ground Pepper


How it’s Done

  Place all ingredients in mixing bowl and mix until thoroughly blended.

  Mix ahead of time and store in airtight container. Ready when you need it.

  • Can be stored in an airtight container for several months
